Hi all! I recently purchased several key components for my PC to upgrade it so it will handle new games better. My current build is as follows
CPU: AMD FX 4300
GPU: GeForce Nvidia 1050ti
RAM: 8gb DDR3
PSU: 450W Antec
The pieces I have ordered are as follows
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 1600 6-Core 3.2 GHz
MOBO: ASRock AB350M Pro4 AM4 AMD Promontory B350
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400
PSU: CORSAIR CS-M Series CS650M 650W 80 PLUS GOLD Active PFC Haswell Ready ATX12V & EPS12V Semi-Modular Power Supply.
I used PCPartpicker to make sure everything worked together before I ordered it.
My question is what should I expect when installing all my new pieces? Will I have to change my software and deal with the BIOS? I just need someone to explain what to expect. Cheers!
