Asus ROG Maximus Hero IX bios update 0906 to 1009 problems

Just updated bios from 0906 to 1009 and I am not a happy camper sitting here now.

Changes that happend that I can not understand for the very life of me are as follows:

- For some odd reason 16 of my EK Vardar 120ER fans went over RPM specs... They are rated for 2200RPM but during the "takeoff" they where listed to 3900RPM, and I do belive it since the sound they made where FAR louder than when I myself set them to max RPM. And then stopped after about 1 - 2 minutes but 2 of my Phanteks PWN fan hubs are dead...

- I have been running a stable OC on my 7700k at 5.1GHz with 1.328 Vcore with idle temps around 19 - 24 and during stress tests in Aida64 and Prime95 I never ever go past 62 degree celcius.
After that bios update I computer just shut down after 3 - 4 min and was really struggeling to boot up into bios. I just got a "CPU Temperature warning" and when I got into bios the CPU temps was reading as 106 degree celcius and for some insane reason the Vcore had changed to 1.700, and to top it off my EK D5 PWN waterpump was deactived somehow, so no wonder it was cooking.

After 3 reflashes and clearing CMOS, tweaking and adjusting the system is again running stable. But somehow 2 of my fan hubs are fryed and when I now stress test the system to check if everthing is stable my PCH temps are going from 32 - 70 just sitting idle and falling out so I dont get a read on it several times a minute. But the system does not misbehave, so it could just be a faulty reading (I hope). The normal temps I have seen on it is 32 - 36 during idle and 40 - 44 during loads.

Now the thing I want an answer to if someone has any idè is how in the world could this happen in the first place just from updating the bios. The changes it made should be back to default. Not to fry some of my hardware, not to deactivate my waterpump, Not to give power surge to my fan hubs, not setting a Vcore to 1.700.
And in general making the system very unstable until I have changed ALOT of setting in the bios.
There was alot of other changes in bios that was not set in default by strange settings that makes no sense what so ever, and they are to many to list to be honest.
But to give you some idè what I mean:

- DRAM speed at default should be: 2133. After update it was 2933.
- Unable to set X4 speed on M.2 slot 1. Will only now run in X2 mode.
- TPU mode set to TPU II.. Should be set to auto on default.
- Hyper-threading turned off. Should be on by default
- All SATA ports set to deactivated. Default they ofc should be activated.
- My Temp reading on water in / out + Flow does not show anymore.

More things ofc, but as I sayd... To mutch to list.

What in the world is going on....

Solution
Reflash bios on programmer (or buy new bios chip for your model of mobo), test again.
Bios or Nuvoton (input-output controller) problem.
