Is having 2 coolers on 1 cpu possible?

Um is it possible to put two separate coolers (not two fans) to one cpu cooler? (And does it help in performance?)
One is on top of the cpu and one is an upright one that is next to the cpu

No, it is not possible.
The CPU only has so much surface area. A CPU cooler depends on direct contact with the CPU. That is how the heat is transferred to the fins for cooling.
