Another gaming headset question

Hello all! My first time posting, and recently got back into PC gaming by building my own rig.

Had a question around gaming headsets and there seems to be a difference in opinions. My understanding is that open back is almost always preferred due to the wider soundstage, which isn't a problem as my environment where I game is quite quiet, but I had some questions.

1) Open back allows more sound externally to be let in due to the design, does that mean my mechanical keyboard is gonna be loud as hell?

2) Virtual surround sound vs actual surround sound? Is one really worth it more so than the other (eg: Razer Tiamat 7.1 vs Sennheiser 373D)?

3) What is actually a great headset, as I'm torn between the GSP 350, 373D, Tiamat 7.1? Or are there others which are really great, as I'm ideally looking for great surround sound for FPS and open world games like PUBG, BF1 etc

Thanks heaps in advance and hope this isn't too repetitive of a question :)

EDIT: I would need a mic as well as part of the headset :)

Thanks for the reply mindgames. Apparently the Tiamat has poor sound quality? But some people say it has to do with the tuning of the actual driver on the computer - have you had experience with it at all?
Also if I am playing a game, but that game is like PUBG where you need to hear footsteps, would the mech kb overpower it soundwise?

Thanks!

I can only add that most pf the pro in CS Go use Hyper X Cloud II http://csgopedia.com/best-gaming-headsets-for-cs-go/
Maybe sponcor or maybe lower price. that is hard to say.
