is not oc is for undoclocking i need to reduce it xdd that why i ask

Overclocking is running the cpu at a speed faster than set at stock voltages. If you lower your voltages on the cpu, it's running faster on less power. You are actually overclocking. I pointed you to Asus ROG forums because those guys spend hours figuring out how to get the most speed with the lowest temps and lowest possible stable voltages. Just because you are not changing speed is irrelevant, it's that they are tweaking things in the bios to lower voltages, lower temps.
Doesn't matter that you run 4.4GHz turbo setting or they run 4.6GHz, it's how they got to run that speed, what did they change in voltages other than just vcore, vid, c-states etc.

i changed the voltage to -0.400 and never shut down random again xd
