Wndows7 no bootable device --insert bootdisk

I have Toshiba l750. I uninstalled some programmes. Since then my laptop won't start.it shows insert boot disk. I have no DVD or flash drive. All I have is rooted Android phone.how can I solve this issue.

It may help to know what these "some programs" you uninstalled were to see if they are critical to Windows booting.

Did you delete files also manually or just ran the uninstaller to the programs?

Did you check to see if the drive is seated properly? You won't fix this issue with just a phone if it's a drive issue, you need Windows media and possibly a new hard drive.

hi, this message can be cause of dead hard drive... you can check this by remove the harddrive from your laptop and connect it to another laptop or pc..
Or you can go and check the bios if your hard drive is recognised...
