My gpu is Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 GV-N980D5-4GD-B
And power supply is Crosair VS650.
My question is will it work?

Solution
Oh yes I forgot to mention. Do not go with the cx750. It is of worse quality/performance than the cx550m and cx450m.

The answer to your second question andjust an overall comment of the CX series, there are actually the series. The first was the 'Green labelled' which lacked modularity. They withheld mediocre performance and usually sold overpriced. The second series is known as the 'CXM 2015' grey labelled, which included semi modularity. This series range from 450w to 650w and is reviewed to be a very capable unit at a very, very fair price. The third series is known as 'CX 2017' grey labelled which lacks modularity. They haven't been reviewed properly yet so we are unsure of its quality.

The difference with all these series is they...

What is your budget and location? For a budget unit, the Corsair CX450m is normally a good buy. If you can afford higher I suggest a Seasonic Focus, EVGA G2, EVGA G3, Corsair RMx, or bitfenix whisper.

I am from Israel. Things prety pricy here.
my specs are:
motherboard-gygabytes GA-H87-D3H(rev1.0)
CPU-I5-4570 3.2GHz
Ram-8GB
GPU-GTX 980 GV-N980D5-4GD-B
PSU-CROSAIR VS650
The gpu gtx 980 i just bought because my gtx 660ti started crashing under the slightest load so i have connected my old gtx260 and everythin worked fine and i bought the new gtx 980. I have connected the new gtx 980 and it looks working fine on very havy load but still i am a little woried what killed my 660ti after 4years of work.
Under the vs650 psu my 12v output in idle shows 11.88v is it normal and on load 11.3v?
i dont plan to OC what to me is better replacment if ineed any for my psu???

What retailers are you purchasing from. Also what you are seeing with the voltages is called voltage regulation. Every PSU has it but some are better than others. The less deviation between loads and closest towards 12v is better.

Most professional reviews state that, such as on JonnyGuru. You may see different results as they use expensive/professional equipment. Also, load / voltage regulation isn't the only aspect that determines a PSU's overall performance. For example there is also ripple, transient response, hold up time, etc.

And I'll have to disagree with the S12ii, when the Corsair CX450m/CX550m can be found cheaper. They have better performance, vastly newer platform, and semi modularity. 450w should be enough depending on the rest of your build but 550w is easily enough.

If 450w is enough for your build, and you are willing to spend more towards 400, I suggest the Seasonic G-450. Better electrical performance and quality than both the Corsair CXM and Seasonic S12ii series.

Corsair CX650m Review (Same internals as CX450m and CX550m).

Seasonic G550 Review (Same internals as G450)

So what is better crosairs CX550m or S12II 620 considering my gpu according to what stated should consume 500W???
Also what about CX750???(this one i can afford)
what is the diference between modular and non modular CX series???

The cx550m is overall better, but not by alot. Also, the gpus manufacturer recommend 500w based on worse case sceneario with a terrible PSU. You build most likely would be fine on a quality 450w PSU.

The difference with all these series is they use different platforms, and perform differently.

Semi modularity means some connectors can be left out, resulting in a cleaner, easier to build PC.
