Is this build good for 4k movies and mid level gaming? Ryzen 5 1500. Gigabyte ga-ab350m-d3h 16gb (8x2) ddr4 2667mhz. Nvidia 960gtx 2 gb ddr5 . Lg bluray writer. Tx650m (80+gold) smps corsair. Wd 2tb black series hdd. Full atx tower cabinet (suggest me an affordable one wth air cooling). Please suggest me any changes required, like i said not a gamer. But an avid movie and music buff,, . Thanks. Thomas Jose

Using Photoshop, it's a guarantee you will want an SSD. You can keep the media on hdd, but install the PS on ssd, or you'll be waiting, and waiting, and waiting everytime you load/save/reload/change pictures.
450w psu like Corsair CXM is all you'll need with a 1050ti, the Seasonic 520w would also be a good psu.
Mid ATX towers have the best airflow ratio. Full towers just have too much air to move without maximizing fans, which gets noisy. Small cases have too much obstacles, and not enough fan ports (usually) to make for fully effective cooling. Some mATX cases like the Fractal Design Focus G mini, really aren't mini, just a few inches shorter than it's regular ATX brother, so sits plenty of airflow

Hy,
for movies you don't need the 16gb, 8 will be more than enough. Also a the PSU is a bit overkill, I would advise you the corsair cx650m. And for the case, I would go for a mid tower to make it more affordable, the NZXT S340 (Elite) is a very nice and affordable one. Hope I could help you, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

A cx450m would run that easily.
Re gtx 960??
Can't see any reason to get an old card like that , the 1050ti outperforms it , runs cooler , uses less power , has twice the vram.

Wouldn't pay for a 2tb WD black either , you can get a 240gb ssd & a 1tb WD blue for about the same money.

What location are you & what's your total budget for the PC tower itself including case ???

Even if you use photoshop you still won't need that PSU by far even with the 1050ti. Hope I could help.

With photo editing, you may want to upgrade to Ryzen 1600 which has 6 cores, 16GB 2800-3200 Hz RAM is also preferred (Ryzen loves high Hz RAMs). 1050 Ti TDP is only 75 W, so even 450W is enough. You can go with SeaSonic 520W 80+ which has a good promotion right now. SSD + HDD is much faster than 2tb HDD, preferably samsung SSD, 850 EVO 250gb is ~ 90. You may also find cheaper alternatives like adata and kingston, but slightly slower.
