Pc turns off after an error

Hy , i turned on my pc and after showing desktop an error apear.
CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess has stoped working .
Someone told me to delete the CefSharp so i did it , now the error doesnt exist anny more but my pc still turns of after showing the desktop .. can you hellp me .. if i do anithing it shut down or even if i dont it still turn off

1. Boot into safe mode by restarting and then pressing F8 when its booting up. Hopefully this will take you into safe mode.
2. Now see if you can run malwarebytes if you have it installed, if not then download Unhackme and boot into safe mode and see if you install and scan you pc.
3. After scanning and removing infections, then run command prompt as administrator and type "chkdsk" and see if any errors are found on your pc. Or type "sfc /scannow" and see the results.
4. If any errors are found chkdsk may ask you schedule a chkdsk on reboot and it will ask you type "Y" or "n" for yes or no to check on reboot. Type "y" and let check on reboot.

5. A more in depth chkdsk command is " chkdsk /f/r" this will do a 5 stage check on reboot but...
