I want to build a Ryzen PC. The problem is I dont have the money yet and I want to know if it's possible to use the A8-9600 with a dedicated GPU (1050 TI) until I upgrade to an R5 1600X (or R7 1700X) or I'll have a problem that I can't think of it right now! Actually I want an AM4 CPU to do a standard gaming until I get ~300 euros

I was under the impression that you were very limited by your budget. However, if you can shell around €100 for the CPU, definitely pick the Ryzen 3 1200; as you can see in the link i posted before, it's way better than any 7th gen APU
You can do that, as both the A8 and Ryzen use the same socket. If you want to be able to overclock your future Ryzen (and the A8), pick either a B350 or an X370 AM4 board. The A8 is a very weak CPU (https://www.techspot.com/review/1486-amd-a12-9800/), but under budget constraints, it's as good a placeholder as any :)
