Connected to wifi hotspot on pc but no data flow.

I created a wifi hotspot on my pc through Cmd. i fixed it in router settings changed the ip settings for the phone when connecting . now i have a Wifi icon in the top bar of my phone. however no data flow can't surf the web, no Youtube. nothing seems to work. I was looking for a solution can't seem to find one..... :/

Have you checked any other wifi devices with the hotspot....see if it is actually getting internet? Also you might need to check with your mobile carrier to see if it has been permitted to use on that sim card. Smaller data tariffs might restrict using tethering/hotspot.

already did this. thanks. i don't have a wireles conection 2 . only : [ WIFI ] And [ LAN-connection*2 ]
