What should I buy?

Hey I really need you guys opinions. I should I buy? Should i buy a new Razer blackwidow chroma v2 or a second hand CPU? Im using lga 1150. Currently im using i3 4150, gtx 1050 ti, 4GBx2 DDR3 1TB, VS450 and a cheap keyboard. Please help ! Im soo deadlocked! I cant even reach 60 fps in gta or PUBG.

I might be upgrading/swapping my gpu from time to time

I'd say upgrade to a 1300x, you're definitely bottlenecking your gpu right now. Also, if you can right now or later down the line get at least an rx580 or a gtx 1060 w/ 6gb of ram. If you don't have that much money for ram, you can get ram without heat spreaders, ram doesn't effect performance as much as the cpu and gpu.

I5 4590k or I7 4790k would be an awesome choice if you can find one for a decent price. These CPUs are still doing very well. Going to 1300x would require a new build.

Your best option is the i7 4790K, with excellent single core performance and 8 hyperthreaded cores with a maximum turbo boost of 4.40GHz, will definitely smash any Ryzen 3 CPU, in both single core and multi-threaded applications. Why?, Ryzen 3 only have 4 cores without hyperthreading and they are only clocked at 3.7 GHz max.

Do you think that the i7 4790K will be future proof?Maybe be able to play new titles with no problems. Because then I will have to upgrade my motherboard for overclocking.

Yes it will last you for quite a while, even without overclocking it has a solid 4.4GHz and that's pretty good.
