CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
Motherboard: MSI B350M Gaming Pro
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2666 16 GB (2x8 GB)
Storage: WD Blue 1 TB WD10EZEX
Video Card: MSI Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB Aero ITX OC
Case: Cooler Master Force 500
Power Supply: Seasonic S12II 520W

Cost: €832.04

One change you can do is lower the processor to the Ryzen 5 1500X, and get a GTX 1060 instead - it'll offer better FPS today, but the processor may not last as long in gaming due to fewer cores.

It'll overclock fine. You can hit around 3.7 GHz on the stock cooler with that CPU, almost independent of the motherboard(unless its A320 of course, those boards can't overclock). As for the white theme, you can look for a cheap white case. Corsair does have white Vengeance LPX RAM as well, but it might be a little more expensive than this(you've got the budget though). As for motherboards, only the Mortar Arctic from MSI is white, and it is also more expensive than this is. If that's fine by you, you can get it. That should be enough white, hopefully.

Frankly everyone has a different opinion about which motherboard manufacturer is better - and I have seen everyone's opinions is based on their experience with the brand. If someone says MSI is bad, it's probably just that they have had a bad experience with the manufacturer, and you'll find an equal number of people saying MSI is an excellent brand, who have had good experiences with the company. If you think one manufacturer is better, go with that. If not, go with the one with better warranty in your area, better looks, etc.

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
Motherboard: ASRock AB350 Pro4(not fully white, but still got some white. If you want full white, go with the MSI B350M Mortar Arctic, but remember that it's a micro-ATX board)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2666 16 GB (2x8 GB) White
Storage: WD Blue 1 TB WD10EZEX
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 120 GB
Video Card: Asus Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB Strix Gaming
Case: Zalman R1 White
Power Supply: Seasonic S12II 520W

Another option, if SSD space is more important to you:

http://www.dinokomp.si/konfigurator/?mb_id=12369&procesor_id=12412&ram_id=10263&gra_id=12366&gra_id=12366&hdd1_id=459&ssd1_id=10508&case_id=8433&power_id=2687

Just swapped the motherboard for the Mortar Arctic, GPU for the Aero ITX, and got a 240 GB SSD instead. Pick based on whatever's more important to you - SSD space or fancier card+ATX board.
