Max OC Ryzen 1700?

I tried overclocking a Ryzen 1700 and I got to 3.7 at stock voltages. Today I wanted to see what the max I could get was and I'm at 4.1 now at 1.35voltage and I've not had a system failure yet. What is the max other people have gotten to, at most 4.5?

4.1 and 4.2 are really the maximum on any Ryzen CPU really. You seem to have gotten a good chip, most people can't even go over 3.8 GHz on stock cooling. Keep it at this, it looks like a good overclock to me.

thats true it's a decent OC, the max for that chip. So i'd be very concerned about temps. At 3.9 my 1600x hits 72c running on Prime @1.35. what are your temps, what are you stress testing with? If your saying it hasn't crashed yet, and you haven't stressed using Prime/Aida or whatever, then you should. If your saying it hasn't crashed and your just gaming or something, you may want to think about those settings again.
