A day before i clean installed Windows 10. When i started my pc next morning i had video out for few second and then PC kept on restarting. I did some troubleshooting.
1. Using only 1 ram, using different slot
2. Cleared bios
3. Ran without graphic card.
4. Removed all unnecessary drives.
After this pc started but now keyboard and mouse is not working and no video out. Graphic card's fan spin for sec upon boot but then turn off. What to do?
