Computer Wont Work When Inserting new RAM

About Yesterday I Played COD Black Ops 2 For A Few Minutes and Then I Got The Blue Screen Of Death...I Managed to fix the problem...But apperantly it cost my 2 other RAM Cards.

Like I Said...Outa The Blue My RAM That I've Been Using For about...3 Years now Is Giving Problems.
My Lonely 2 Gb is Working Perfectly...But the other 2 (1 gb and 2 gb) won't work.Ive Tried Cleaning them and inserting them one for one Stil nothing.Can Somebody Please asist me in this problem.

Now Some Detail on wut happens
Starts up fine with the working 2 gb
Won't boot with the other 2 Cards tho Without or with eachother inserted.

Please assist me in this time

Generally speaking, RAM needs to be inserted in pairs. So, 2 2GB and 2 1GB would be okay but 2 2GB and 1 1GB would not. Again, this is a generalization. If the computer boots and works with one 2gb module but not 2 and not with ONLY the 2nd module, chances are good the RAM has failed. it does happen.
The only other way to test is with another known-good module.
