Are my temps fine?

So I recently had to "reoverclock" my CPU due to it not being stable before and I just downclocked it just to temporarily fix the problem, I now have my I5 4690k overclocked to 4.4 ghz at 1.2v In a AIDA64 test I reached a high of 86C but it said the temps sat at 70c-75c most of the time and it only peaked to 80c temporarily. Are those temps fine for an overclocked CPU especially for a CPU and FPU stress test? (Also in a game test I only reached max of 50-60c on all cores)

One issue you are facing is that your CPU is being saddled with a CPU load which it will never ever see using application based stress tests. This is like taking grandma out to test drive a new car she is thinking of getting and going off roading or hitting a NASCAR track

Test with RoG Real bench which uses real applications in a multitasking environment which places more realistic loadings on the CPU. Why limit ya OC to 4.4 GHz using a synthetic benchmark when any combination of real world apps you can throw at it are incapable of applying loads anywhere near that ?

The Thermaltake Water 3 will leave your CPU running about 2C hotter (and 4 times as load) as an air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15) ... so you can use test results from...

If nothing you do breaks 75C, what's the point of testing with things you don't do ?

Oh yeah, my thermaltake water 3.0 is also partially "broken" one of the pins doesnt lock down and just spins endlessly.... It doesnt seem to affect it.

Thanks for the suggestion.
