I have the gigabyte ab350 gaming rev 1 motherboard
Have the ryzen5 1500x cpu
When I power on for first time it goes straight to bios from there it sees my ssd and sata hard drives.
No option for installing win 7 via dvd since no dvd readers in my corsair carbide series 400c

Need help what do i do please

Solution
Well, at least that part should work with Ps/2 KB and or mouse but mouse may not be needed because you can do everything with KB shortcuts and Tab button.
"Transplanting" W7 from another system has almost 99% chance that it wouldn't work, again because of drivers.
You may not be able to install Windows 7 without stepping through hoops as it does not have the builtin drivers to allow the Installation on a modern Intel or Ryzen system unless their are native USB 2.0 ports. Also keep in mind there are no security updates (Windows Updates) for Windows 7 on Ryzen systems, Microsoft is blocking them, along with 7th Gen Intel CPU's

you need the free windows iso to usb tool. then from amd web sight the chipset drivers for the mb..unzip them to your hard drive. then use a program like 7lite if it still around to make a new windows iso. if your windows 7 iso is pre service pack one i would download the service pack and add it and all of the Ethernet and sound card drivers.

I had big problems installing W7 in Ryzen system and had to inject drivers in installation ISO to be able to even BOOT with it. For a beginner it's a daunting task. If that's Retail version of W7 you have there and you have registration for it, you could use it to install W10 an register it.

Ii managed to boot from cd with win 7 I so and bios sees it as valid uefi device.
Now when Windows loads config files and gets to gui for keyboard setup date and time on 1st screen keyboard and mouse don't work so can't advance any further help please

That's because of lack of USB drivers, You can get a cheap KB with Ps/2 connector to proceed. Don't need a Ps/2 mouse, just use Alt + any key with underscore to choose from install screen. If you make it to finish installation of windows, it should recognize USB devices when inserted.

So rest of installation process should work with ps2 keyboard and usb mouse?
Also someone suggested if I take blank new ssd drive and connect to my older pc with Windows already on it and disable all hard drives in bios except ssd I could run iso cd to install fresh copy of win 7 to that drive then simply swap back out to my new pc.
Then on power up would just boot straight to Windows no installation needed is that an idea?

So when all is said and done I should just get either an oem retail or usb drive version of windiws 10 home and all drivers are installed and should install perfectly
