Best Mid/Full Tower for temperature, expansion, moderate price, and other concerns

Context:
I'm creating a gaming/work (programming and related--no CAD) machine that I would like to last a long time (5-6 years with a graphics card update or 2 along the way).
During this time, I'll probably have to move my possessions (to a new residence) at least once if not more depending how things work out.

Overview:
I'm looking for a value case (it will be hard to convince me that more than ~$150 is justified) that has good thermal performance (out of box with maybe $20 worth of extra fans to purchase) that will be able to accommodate overclocking of a 7700k in the future.

Other Considerations:
- It needs to have at least one 5.25" external bay
- At least one 3.5" and one 2.5" internal bay
- Doesn't need to be super quiet, but below jet-engine level is greatly preferred
- Potential for a water cooling setup in the future
- Motherboard is likely to be an ATX 12" x 9.6"
- Midtower size is probably preferable, but not a very important factor
- Sturdy enough to be moved around the house on occasion and not get damaged in a residential move
- Front audio connectors and at least 2 USB ports (3.0 or higher preferred)
- intake filters that are relatively easy to access and clean

Other Thoughts:
I've used 2 Zalman Z9 Neos in builds I've done for other people. Overall, I'm very pleased with its performance and features for its price, but the builds had less intense usage constraints than mine, so I would prefer a case that will be able to keep my build as cool as possible for a reasonable price.

Performance of Z9: Highest temperature from both builds (using a Deepcool 400) was with a 7600k (default clock and turbo boost) running small FFT's in Prime95 v26.6 at ~69F ambient, measured using core temp yielded a maximum of 71C over the course of a couple of hours.

Solution
If you are on move with the system then go for Corsair H100i V2. Reason for water cooling with AIO is to decrease weight and pressure applied on motherboard. Only the heat-sink is screwed onto the the motherboard and the heavy reservoir is mounted directly to the case. So even when you carry it around the pressure is not exerted on the motherboard.

What about the Phanteks Enthoo Pro and Pro M? Those seem to be pretty well received as well. The rosewill Nighthawk 117 also had a pretty good review on this site with its major downsides being that it cant have giant radiators and is a pretty big case.

The Cooler Master XB EVO also seems a reasonable option. Seems like high airflow potential cube with handles for ~$100, but potentially a little cramped in some areas depending on what components are used

Nope that is small and comparatively hard to work in. And it does not have as decent air cooling capacity as others. Not recommended.

So what about CPU cooler weight concerns?

If I go with a regular tower instead of a cube the motherboard wont be lying parallel to the table/floor and I've heard there can be stress issues with moving the computer around with heavy coolers when that is the case. It will get moved around within the home somewhat often and long-distance travel every once in a while.

I just need to buy the case and CPU cooler (and windows). I've been considering going water, but I'm not sure it is worth another $65-85 to lose 7 to 11 degrees compared to the gammaxx 400. Water would also alleviate some of the weight concerns though...but that may not be hugely important with a 1.5lbs cooler.

Case wise I'm still strongly considering the Pro M.

How does the Corsair H100i v2 compare to the Fractal Design Celsius S24 reviewed on this site? The reviews for the two are unfortunately using different test builds. They appear to be the same price (for now).

I like Corsair customer service over any other brand as they give full coverage for their products no questions asked. I live in India and here for AIO coolers Corsair support is level apart from competitors.

Performance is no big difference but corsair does give 1-2C better cooling with bit additional noise. Not a big difference.

All right. I decided to try going with the Fractal Celsius S24, and Enthoo Pro M Tempered Glass + 1 additional no led Phanteks fan (same as the rest in the case). Thanks for your help! (Chosen one of your posts as a solution so the thread isn't listed as a question in need of answering anymore)
