Sure. As long as you aren't playing at super high resolution or maximum settings. What rez is your monitor?

Haha, that video is of the game on a 5450, I had one of those. It's not even close, not even anywhere near a GT 1030 in capability. The only thing I'd be worried about is your CPU and therefore your motherboard are old. A new GT 1030 might have compatibility issues. Maybe. As long as the game is not demanding on the CPU you should do well with a 1030. CSGO should play well, I don't remember how CPU dependent BF3 was. Forget about modern games like PUBG or BF1.

You may experience some lags / frame drops, which may cripple your gameplay experience. Maybe you should try upgrading first your GPU, going for a 1050 ti or 1060...
