Hi guys,
so I and most of our friends have built our own PC's ourselves and I really think mine isn't running as well as it should be. Here are the specs:

Mine
CPU: i7-3770k overclocked to 4.2ghz
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 Amp!
PSU: Chieftec 650W
RAM: 2x 8Gb DDR3 1600mhz
MOBO:Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H

Friends
CPU: i7-4790k not overclocked
GPU: MSI gtx 1080 gaming X
PSU: Corsair CX600
RAM: 2x 4Gb DDR3 1600mhz
MOBO: Asus H81M gaming

We both have 2560x1440 60hz monitors.
Now the problem is in a game like PUBG i have to play with my settings on low or very low and i dont even get solid 60 fps while my friend plays on high and ultra and gets solid 70fps.
I checked and my drivers are up to date and everything.
Any ideas guys? :/

Thanks

Your performance seemed like you were using the onboard video in the CPU. Try setting everything to stock speeds and see how things go. Your CPU and video card should not have any issues

Has this been happening ever since you built the system? Maybe it's overheating. You also have a bit of a cheaper PSU in there, for a 1080 and overclocked CPU that may cause issues. I would not run a 1080 card on a budget PSU.
