Hello!

First time builder here and I'm making an all out high-end gaming monster, I will be playing a lot of shooters like Rainbow Six Siege and some games like Ark: Survival Evolved and Rocket League, any thoughts or opinions on how I could make the build a bit a better or cheaper.

You won´t be needing anything more than that just to game, your build is excellently balanced (7700k is one of the best gaming processors). However, should you go for heavy tasks such as video editing or something like that, you may want to choose a processor with more memory and more cpu cores.
