My computer doesn't power on to bios and I don't know the problem instead my computer makes one short beep followed by three short beeps. I tried to connect it to the TV through HDMI and monitor VGA. Still the same beep coding. My parts are:
-Asus prime B350-plus
-Ryzen 5 1600 with the cooler it came with
-750 GQ SUPERNOVA 80plus gold (210-GQ-0750-V1)
-G.SKILL DDR4 RGB Triden Z 3200MHz
-Adata 512gb SSD SU800
-No video card
I connected everything from a power supply to motherboard, SSD and fans.
Please help me with my problem. I connected everything correct and checked from manuals and youtube videos a few times.

Solution
The error code you are hearing (one continuous beep followed by three short beeps) means that there's no VGA detected (https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1029959/). The Ryzen CPUs are just CPUs, they do NOT include a GPU. So you will need a video card to make it work, and apparently you have none: buy one, plug it it, plug the monitor cable in it, and voila!

In case you wonder why the motherboard has video outputs while the CPU doesn't have an integrated GPU, note that the AM4 socket is for both the Ryzen CPUs, the old Bristol Ridge APUs (which do have integrated GPU), and the yet-to-be-released Raven Ridge APUs (which will have integrated GPUs aswell). So your mobo has video ouput in case you would be using an APU, but when using a...
