undo the overclocking

today i brought a i5 2500k processor(used) for my DH61WW mobo.
it's normal speed is 3.30Ghz and task manager and CPU-Z show the processor speed is rising over 3.6 Ghz. So i think my cpu is overclocked.
i want to know how to remove the overclock.
(i mean undo the overclock).

No, your cpu is not overclocked, the 3.7 GHz you see is turbo boost enabled, thats by default enabled by intel. The 3.3 Ghz is the stock speed.

It doesn't seem like your CPU has an overclock on it as the i5-2500K has a base frequency of 3.30GHz and a boost clock of 3.70GHz.

but @ 100 % cpu load, processor temp rising over 90 C with stock cooler.
what do you think about it ?

First of all, get yourself a decent after market cooler. I guess you have bought an used product, so the stock cooler is old and also reapply new thermal paste. Get the coolermaster mastergel maker nano or the mx4. The i5 2500k can get quite hot.
