Ok guys, heres the problem. My pc specs are : i5 4670k , GTX 1050ti 4gb , 8bg Kyngston hyperx beast. I have installed my games on SSD, played BF1, BF3, BF4 without any problems. Recently i started playing Escape From Tarkov, from time to time my games works fine, no problems, but recently i started noticing stuttering, big ones, especialy when someone shoots at me or i shoot at him, randomly while i am moving across the map game stops for a sec-two all the time. Another thing i notice is, when i move my mouse, screen freeze for split second and then my mouse respond to what i did. I am suspecting is lack of ram, my ram usage is 30% at idle on Windows 10, but its going RED and 95-99% while i play EFT, is it lack of ram memory?

Solution
If you are maxing out the RAM, then yes a second 8 GB stick will be good. Also form that I can see that is a beta game so I would not worry much about how it runs, just report what you see to the developers.

Yes, i understand that opmtimisation is coming, but i will upgrade my ram for a future now when i got funds. What do you think about cpu? Can cpu make me problems?

Your CPU is fine for gaming, it can actually handle a faster video card than your 1050Ti.
