Hey, so I recently tried to build my first PC and I've run into some issues and was hoping you guys could help. The main problem at the moment is that the computer isn't outputting to the monitor but the fans are spinning on the motherboard, though I'm not seeing any lights light up on there but that just might be the model of the motherboard. I've tried using DVI on both the mobo and GPU and neither of them display anything, clearing the CMOS and swapping the ram around and removing just one of them to see if it was faulty ram.

Another issue is that when powering on the PC, the GPU fans don't spin until I wiggle the power cable a bit then they start spinning - I'm not sure if these problems are connected but it seems to be some sort of power issue? I'll leave the specs of the build below and can take pictures if needed. Will really appreciate any help as I'm really stuck on this, thanks!

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock - AB350M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Team - Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Video Card: GALAX - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB OC Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair - TXM Gold 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

YEs thats tru that the fans wont spin but atleast it will give the display output right? in your case there is no display and at boot the fans of the GPU spins and then they stop depends on the temprature you have just tested the PSU have you tested your GPU on another system and ram too

I just tested the computer with another PSU and it seems to still have the same issues. I also read somewhere that some GPU fans don't spin until it gets a little hot, not sure how true it is. So now I'm thinking the motherboard or ram is defective?
