Trying to install windows without a gpu

I'm trying to install windows but my motherboard doesn't have an on board gpu, but I have a 770 video card. I seem to be in a bit of a catch 22. I need windows installed to install the drivers for the video card, and I need the video card drivers installed in order to install windows... Any suggestions?

no you dont need the drivers installed to install the windows
if that gpu works install the windows and just remove the GPu and when you get new GPU insert it and install the Drivers of it

as long as you have a GPU that works and will give you a display you can install windows. windows always uses a generic video driver automatically during the install

All video cards have a default low res mode that will work under windows without any drivers.
Later, to get full functionality and proper resolution, you need to install the nvidia drivers.

Yep.
1) run MEMTEST86 to verify system memory works properly www.memtest86.com

2) Monitor is attached to the video card

3) as said, when you install Windows simply go to the NVidia driver site to find, download, then install the latest drivers, then

4) if needed, right-click and adjust display properties for RESOLUTION, DPI scaling, refresh rate (usually only need to adjust DPI such as 125% for 2560x1440)
