Asus B350m-e sound not working

I built a new Ryzen 5 1500x powered pc 1 month ago, after few days the onboard sound suddenly stopped working. I tried every software troubleshooting I found on the internet, went to bios but everything is fine out there. in the device manager under the sound, game controller, there are 5 nvidia hd audio devices but no realtek audio devices, what should I do now? please help

Hi!
I came up with a solution on my motherboard Asus prime B350M-A (Ryzen 5 1500x).

Go to Realtek HD audio manager. Under device advanced settings/options find Recording device. Select separate all input jacks. That worked for me :)
