Power problems. Please help.

I have recently built a new gaming pc. It worked fine for the first few months, the for a few weeks it wouldn't power on unless I shock it slightly. I took it apart again and everything is in nice and tight, but the 24 pin connector will only power the pc if I wiggle it slightly. Not it won't turn on at all, it shows signs of life if I pull out the connector and push it slowly in, but as soon as I push it the rest of the way in it cuts off the power. Please help.

Are you absolutely sure nothing is shorting the motherboard to the case? Have you tested it outside of the case?

Hi. Yes i have had everything out the case and the same result. A pc specialist locally told me that it was my motherboard so I bought a brand new one and same problem.

You tried with a different PSU?

Yes. I tried another psu and same problem. I am not sure what could be going wrong.
