The driver update programs are almost never good to run, they can find wrong drivers, nothing or just install a bunch of spyware on the system. If you tried to update it manually through checking for drivers in Driver Manager, that only searches the...
Your title and post do not match, you said all games are on 1fps, but say Minecraft is at 80 which is not bad for your system depending on the settings.

Is the system showing the nVidia card in Device Manager with no errors and is it showing as being used when you are playing a game? You can monitor things through HWmonitor.

Before this bug minecraft was running about 300fps on 32chucks. Nvidia drivers in Device manager dont showing any errors but when i run HWmonitor and then run the game example SlimeRancher HWmonitor shows this: http://prntscr.com/gniqzm and in Nvidia GeForce 840M section any values doesn't change it stuck on what is seen in screenshot and when i close the game im getting this: https://prnt.sc/gnit62

Install the drivers from the laptop vendor site, if you use the reference video drivers they can cause issues for laptops with dual graphics.

Didnt helped. Tryed updating every driver manually but problem is the same. And btw when i start Assassin's creed Black Flags when startup screen when its showing those Nvidia etc animations it shows about 40fps there but when game menu comes up it instantly drops to 1fps and keeps there even on lowest settings. So now i tryed run Watch Dogs 2 and after like 10 mins of waiting unlit it loads, after i got in display settings section i saw that Microsoft basic display adapter was selected as default. after changing it back to use Nvidia as default it sayd i need to restart game, after restart game just crashes on game start animations screen

So i download program Driver easy and i found out that my Microsoft Basic Display Adapter was outdated when i updated it problem fixed now i can play games as before. ty for everyone who tried to help me!

That is not even a real video card driver, that is a default driver Windows loads when it does not know what the video card is. Seems like you never installed all the video drivers.

I did. i used 2 different driver updater programs, tried update them manually.

The driver update programs are almost never good to run, they can find wrong drivers, nothing or just install a bunch of spyware on the system. If you tried to update it manually through checking for drivers in Driver Manager, that only searches the Microsoft driver collection, not the laptop one. You may have had the nVidia drivers installed but not the Intel ones that are in the CPU. If you did, you would not have seen that Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, that is only there when Windows can't find the correct driver and loads it so you have some display instead of just a black screen.
