Best settings to run GTA V on my PC

Hi
I am having issues running GTA V on my PC with often stuttering lagging and lots of pixelized boxing on my screen especially when Im driving or flying
this is my PC Config
Core i5 2320 3-3.3Ghz
8 GB RAM i:e 2x 4GB DDR3 1333 Mhz RAM
MSI GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 OC GPU
Windows 10 pro x64
Dell 21.5 inch Full HD Ips LED - S2216H Monitor (Black)
450 watts Intex PSU
1 TB HDD

I wish to run GTA V at the best settings without any issue ,I tried using Nvidia Optimized settings but did not help
I do not get such issues while I play other games like CODMW3 or Battlefield 4 on high settings

Since GTA takes a quite heavy load on the CPU, and its quite an old CPU u got there so.... :)
and what do u mean by Best settings"? If u meant "All ultra graphics, all effects to the max", then 1050Ti wont do a good job as its still an entry level card.
I would say CPU and Ram are the biggest issues u are having right now.

So what would be the Recommended settings to play the game smoothly?

There are literally thousands of GPU/CPU combinations out there, so there's no magic formula for each one. Playing the game smoothly will require you to reduce the settings by trial-and-error until you reach a point at which you're satisfied.

That is what Iv'e been doing but every setting I apply seems to have some issue
