Like the title says, I want to be able to listen to my xbox and my pc sound simultaneously. I would also like to be able to still use my mic to talk in party chat on Xbox but I'm not even sure if that would be possible. If anyone knows how to do this please help. It's just really convenient to be able to listen to my pc and my xbox at the same time.

I think the only thing that will feet your needs is an actual audio mixer because switches don't allow simultaneous inputs to the output. On the other hand a mixer will allow that and also you'll be able to adjust the volume coming from both inputs.
And about the microphone well you just need to extend the cable to the microphone input on the Xbox
