I was looking to upgrade my graphics card from my computers basic integrated one and i was recommended the GTX 1050, but they said that it might be too powerful for my motherboard to handle even though it has the right kind of slot. I don't want to fry my computer by choosing the wrong parts.
My motherboard is an Asus A68BM-A/M32BF/DP_MB, and my processor is an AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7. (i don't know much about computers so if those are the wrong specs let me know)
