Computer Specs (PSU, GPU, CPU, RAM, Motherboard)

PSU: EVGA 550 G3GPU: Nvidia MSI Geforce gtx 1060CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (Already sent in for an RMA once)RAM: T Force Dark Ram DDR4 8GB (2x)Motherboard: ASRock AB350M( Already sent in for an RMA Twice)

As soon as I turn on the computer it begins to run( ie: fans and lights turn on) but it fails to post and simply shuts off and restarts over and over. I have ran through and checked that everything is plugged in correctly several times. I have even managed to hook up a motherboard speaker which provided no feedback. Here is a video of what happens: https://youtu.be/BCVEc_0QVas

As stated above I have RMA'd both the motherboard and the CPU. I have tried running this with it with one stick of RAM in each port with and without the GPU in. I have tried running it out of the case to make sure the case was not causing a short( it was placed on the static proof bag which it came with).

Any ideas would be great. I think it could be a power supply issue at this point as I have already tried three motherboards and two cpu's. but at this point I dont know

It says that it is plug in play on there, so i assumed any ram would work for this mobo. its frequency is 3000, and on the link you posted it says any ram at 3000 will automatically downgrade to 2933. since no team ram is listed as working at that speed(closest being 2666) does that mean that the ram which I have wont downgrade further?

What do you mean by no ram error? Please elaborate.

Would that error appear on the screen? Because my mobo does not have a speaker to produced beeps

I don't know. I check the manual, I don't see any LED for error too. Just try or buy the onboard speaker, or ask your friend for help.
