Failing hdd to new hdd and ssd

I have a dell xps 8100 1tb hdd that is giving me an error starting up. I bought a Samsung evo 850 ssd 250gb and seagate barracuda 2tb hdd to replace it. How do I transfer os to ssd and all other data to new hdd. I have 2 sata cables and no external drive

There is no application that I am aware of that will split it like that...OS to one drive and everything else to a different drive.

Some of the applications will allow you to leave off stuff like video, music, docs, downloads....but other than that, everything goes.
