Gigabyte gaming k7 usbs not working

So I've gotten a new motherboard and the USBs work up until windows starts, then I'm not able to enter my password in. I can get into bios and my keyboard and mouse work fine there, but once I continue to log in I can't. Any help?

In your shoes, I would borrow another USB keyboard and test it. If that one works, it's the keyboard's fault.
(actually, I'd try one of the four keyboards in my closet)
