Where's my data after mounting my hard drive partitions?

I mound all partitions of my hard drive while installing ubuntu (in the partition editor panel), I didn't click "install now" though. When I use ubuntu as a "try ubuntu", I can't find my data. after I saw properties, It said mostly all of the partition space is free space. How I can recover my data? I didn't write over them.
