Is this a decent build for gaming?

Hi,
I just put together a build that I may build. Here is the link http://. I already have an Insignia PSU 400W from BestBuy. I just bought it 6-7 months ago. Should I use this psu or buy a new. I am on a tight budget. I am going to be playing games, compiling programs, and making games. Are these good parts for the money?

Buy a new power supply! Insignia power supplies are very low quality and could destroy your whole system.

For $30 you can get a high quality seasonic one

Second seasonic PSU 520W 80+, good promotion at the moment
I suggest 1050 2gb to save some money and squeeze in a small SSD to boost up your speed. Others are fine.

Wouldn't get the cpu cooler, it's not much better than the stock one

Throw away cooler, CPU comes with a stock cooler and should suffice. 240 gb is not enough I think, throw in 500gb or 1Tb HDD as well. Just use ssd as boot drive
