Here are my parts:
AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

ASRock - AB350M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

Zotac - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Mini Video Card

SeaSonic - S12G 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply

Kingston Memory KVR26N19S8 8 8GB DDR4 2666MHz Non-ECC CL1.

The Mobo didn't come with a speaker, so I had to buy one. I connected the yellow wire to the +5v pin and the black wire to the SPEAKER pin. When I turn the system on, the fan on the graphics card and the one on the cpu fan both start spinning.

The motherboard has no on board graphics, so I am trying to connect through the graphics card's HDMI port (the DVI doesn't work either)
Both the 24 pin and 8 pin power cables are connected to the motherboard.

I replaced the first memory stick I bought with one that was actually on the motherboard's approved hardware list

After that didn't work, I was convinced that it was a bad Mobo so I RMA'd it and the new one arrived today and doesn't post either. I am so lost.

I have been fiddling with it, replacing, parts, reading forums, everything, for the past couple weeks and I only have a few days until the 30 day return window closes. Does anyone have any suggestions of things I am not thinking of?

first off rule out a dead short. pull the mb use one ram stick and the power supply on the mb box. see if it posts from there. also check the bios rev sticker on the mb make sure it post your cpu. if there no post try a test power supply. if there no post check that the cooler not on to tight and is shorting out the cpu. (last check for bent pins on the cpu/mb. if you have too see if someone has a post it card see if it posting. .

Thanks for the response, it's bread boarded right now with just one ram stick, the cooler being on too tight is a new thing for me to try, one other thing I haven't tried is going to my local computer store, buying a new psu and plugging everything into that and see if I should just send the one I have back.
No bent pins.
Ifg I am able to verify the BIOS info from a sticker on the mobo, what do I do with this information? I mean, I can't get the thing to boot up.
I bought this postcard https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005J1SUIO/ref=oh_aui..., realized it only had pci connector, not pci-e, so I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HBKOH6/ref=oh_aui... to connect through USB, but no dice.

Would any of those scenarios explain why the fans are spinning but my case speaker won't beep?
