G4560 + 1060 6GB for 5 Months

Hi All,

Currently I have below setup.

CPU: Intel Pentium G4560
RAM: Kingston 1x8GB
MBD: Asus PRIME B250M-A
Power Supply: Bundled with Casing.

I'm thinking to get 1060 6GB and new power supply, the Cooler Master Elite V2 500W. Will upgrade to I5-7400 later maybe after 4-5 months from now.

Is it the good decision? G4560 will have any effect when using 1060 6GB?

First thing, find a better PSU. The Cooler Master Elite series is a cheap crappy low qaulity PSU.

For the GPU - Your CPU will bottlneck this GPU, so unless you plan to upgrade CPU in near future, I would go with a GTX 1050 TI instead.

will get i5 7400 in near future. thx for informed me about tht power supply, i thought its good enoguh.
i will get other 80+ gold power supply.
