Need a new power supply for my VIA K266 mobo because I'm upgrading the graphics card to a HD 3850 AGP so it needs the power supply to be: >450w, 30Amps on 12v rail, 2 molex connectors (4 needed all up), dimensions 15x14x8.5cm, 20+4 pin motherboard connection, not sure what ATXv it is but probably ATXv 1.3. Please suggest some suitable power supplies.

Don't waste money upgrading that platform with a better video card and power supply, the top CPU that motherboard can run is way too slow to do anything with. You can buy a much faster system for the price of upgrading yours. A $50 used Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad system will be faster, and a $100 Core i3 even better. Waste of money spending $40 on a power supply for that system.

Not to mention finding one that can work with a system that old might be hard to do. Hang's idea is worth considering. On my local Craigslist there are 3 different desktops and many laptops for <$100. Considering how much newer those are compared to yours, it's money well worth spending.
