8GB installed 4GB Shows

OK, so I've done some reading on the forums here but i have been having this issue for a while now and the problem has been fixed for some people by switching from sots 1 & 3 to 2 & 4, my issue however is my board only has 2 slots, yes i am running 64 bit windows 10, CPU-z says i have 8GB installed but TSK MNGR says its only using 4GB

Make sure you get the version for your OS. Also, you can save to a thumb drive and install the BIOS from the BIOS/UEFI itself (the method I use).

tried that just now, cant do it because the file doesn't support 64-bit
