To keep it short, games like bf3 and upwards stutter severely even though they shouldnt. My system specs are as follows
i3 2100 @3,1Ghz
4Gb Ram (Some random stuff. No freq listed)
MSI GTX 1050ti LP
1TB Seagate 7200RPM SSHD
Random MOBO from Fujitsu or something
250W powersuply.
Im aware that this system isnt meant for gaming and im kinda just making the best of it but im certain it should be running better than it is. GTA 5 as an example is running good (40-60 on high) when looking at just the FPS numbers but on screen its dropping to a or 2 every few seconds. This happens in pretty much all games and it looks to be Loading related as it always happens when new content is being streamed in. Looking at other peoples performance with very comparable hardware, I shouldn't be having this issue.
Steps ive taken to fix the issue:
Tested Memory for errors using mdsched (no errors found)
Observed CPU usage (high but not enough to cause that kind of stuttering)
Observed CPU Freq. (Stable so no throttling due to temp etc)
replaced HDD to SSHD (Better but not even close to fixed)
Changed SATA port (no change)
Updated Driver (Nope)
Updated windows (of course nothing. I'm am desperate though)
Tested New drive (No errors)
CrystalDisk Mark scores are as follows. This is with windows but not other tasks running.

Other notes would be that windows in general is a friking slug to do anything. But only sometimes :/ Its inconsistent. Im used to running on an ssd so maybe im not used to it anymore?
Also this problem isnt in all games. Just games along the lines of Battlefield 3 and 4 as well as GTA 5. All those games should run ok on the i3 2100 and in FPS they are but in actual on screen perf its just nope.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
