No signal on monitor when booting up. [I've read most related threads]

Hey, I recently (2 weeks ago) bought the following computer:

ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB STRIX GAMING
ASUS PRIME X370-PRO
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X 3.8 GHz 20MB
be quiet! Pure Power 10 600W CM
Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 2400MHz CL14
Corsair Force Series MP500 480GB
Monitor: ASUS VQ248QE

And I am having the following issue: After having my computer turned off for extended periods (Work/sleep) I am met with the "no signal" on my monitor upon boot up. The short term solution I've found through reading this forum is to pull out the power cord and hold down the power on button for around 1 minute. This fixes the issue until it's time to turn off the PC again, and I am able to play any game perfectly as expected. It happens every time the computer has been off for a while.

Following things I've tried: Removing the CMOS battery for 10 minutes to hard reset the motherboard, updating the BIOS, testing different monitors (same issue), testing different power cables (same issue). I've tried to mess with power settings and it's currently set on balanced (recommended), but it's doing nothing. I am at a loss, and increasing frustrated by my purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is pretty weird, as when you do what you are doing, you are simply just draining the remaining power from your system. My only guess at making sure things are working properly would be to open the computer and make sure all power connections are tight and in the correct spot.
