GPU : XFX Radeon R9 380 2GB
MOBO : Z68AG43(G3)
RAM: HyperX Genesis DDR3 2x4Gigs
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k

Really need help on this.
I have been attempting to make my XFX Radeon R9 380 2gb GPU work on my system, whenever I try to power on I get no Display, POST, or Bios, but fans and LEDs turn on. So far I have tried upgrading PSU twice and now using a 750W EVGA power supply. I also uninstalled previous GPUs drivers and updated BIOS, also did the CMOS battery reset.
At this point I have no idea what the problem is and I'm thinking of reinstalling windows 10 and hoping that helps.
Any information at all would be really appreciated.

When you're trying to boot off the R9 380 you're plugging the monitor into it and not the motherboard right? If yes, try resetting the cmos, booting into BIOS off the iGPU, and setting the "preferred GPU" or equivalent to PCIe 1 or whatever slot your GPU is in. Should be in "peripherals" for most BIOSes but it might not be. Don't reinstall windows that has nothing to do with this.

Yeah I'm plugging in my HDTV into my GPU via HDMI. My MOBO doesnt have the option for preferred GPU, it has some sort of automatic option that turns on the iGPU if no GPU is detected, if a GPU is detected it automatically disables the iGPU. I'm starting to wonder if my motherboard is too outdated, its a 2011 version with only 2012 BIOS update available.
