Assuming this is the board you're talking about:

then from qvl list:

page 4, it lists 4 different variatio ns on that memory which all list v4.21 next to it. I'm not sure what that means, except double check that it lists that somewhere on the retailer's page. I'm guess xmp profiles? But I don't know. Something to double and triple check, contact corsair directly if you must so they can check the amazon link and tell you if it's this version that it needs to be.
Corsair's memory configurator doesn't list it:

but I think that's cause the list isn't updated. It does seem kind of short.
