So I bought an rx 580 after I sold my gigabyte rx 480 (terrible card btw) It ran excellently on stock settings so I decided to overclock it. I managed to get 100 mhz on both the memory and the core in wattman before it crashed. After I started a game the gpu usage was all over the place. It went from 100%-0% every second (even when I reverted to stock settings). Afterburner for some reason shows a constant 16% usage. My games run fine though(except for bf4 which stutters a bit). What could this be?
