Need some views on my pc. what you think about it... is this a pretty cool budget pc? what about performance?
Cpu- Intel Pentium G4400 3.3 ghz.
psu-corsair vs450.
RAM-corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4.
Gpu- Zotac GT730 4gb ddr5.
Is this a nice combo with gpu?

You probably could have saved some moneygoing for DDR3 ram as it's almost identical in performance but cheaper.

Also, why the gt 730? Even for simple 2d games like league of legends it can only get 60 fps. Most decent GPUs can do about 150-300. Unless of course those are the kinds of games you play..

What was your budget by the way?

DDR5 is only the type of memory. What determines how it performs are things like the architecture. Some have more efficient core architecture. The amount of texture mapping units (TMU) and CUDA cores makes a HUGE difference. To a certain exten, clock speeds also change how fast it can do processes

As he said, there are other factors. Think of it like your computer: adding a ton of ram only changes how many programs can run at once. It won't suddenly make your pc a supercomputer.

In computers, having one spec that good does not change much. Everything has to be good and balanced. So yes the gt 730 has 4gb of ddr5 vram, but that's one of the smallest parts in determining its performance.
