moving programs from C drive to D drive

When moving programs from C drive to D drive,Sorry, I'm a bit confused in step two.I'm with you on copy & paste from C drive to D drive, I want to move World of warships, it's in C/games/WorldofWarships, so after I copy & paste do I delete the World of Warships folder, and click on the games folder in step 5, or do I delete the CONTENTS of the world of warship folder on the C drive but keep the World of Warships folder?

I don't think it would work like that, you should reinstall the game but let it install in D: drive/partition. When you install a program/game some parts of it are installed in C: and registry changes are made.
