my GTX EVGA 1060 gpu has two fans, which function fine, but one fan is so loud it sounds like a windup toy. Remember that wind-up monkey with two cymbals that walked? When you winded it up it made that cranking noise when you let it go. Thats exactly what this fan sounds like. It has been going on for a few months, expecting it to just solve itself, and really hasn't. I has not gotten any worse since then, just happens more constant. It stops for a second when I either tap on the back of the PC, or pound my desk. I don't think that the fan is rubbing up against my network card (which looks pretty close) but if that were the case the fan would not move upon startup.
